Tickets are £15 per person, which includes a glass of prosecco on arrival and a delicious buffet board served right to your table. About Rowcroft:

Rowcroft Hospice is committed to making every day the best day possible for people living with life-limiting illnesses across South Devon and providing comfort and support to families coping with the hardest days.

Irrespective of diagnosis or circumstance we want to be there for people – our services are available to all those living with a life-limiting illness over 18-years-old, and their loved ones, completely free of charge. Most of our work is delivered out in the community, in people’s homes, residential homes and hospitals.

The funds raised will directly sustain the vital services that Rowcroft provides. For example, a donation of £5 could pay for two nutritious hand-cooked meals for patients with life-limiting illnesses in Rowcroft’s Inpatient Unit; a donation of £15 could pay for bereavement support for a grieving son or daughter who has lost a parent; and a donation of £25 could fund an hour of care during a first home visit by a Rowcroft nurse, so they can start offering tailored specialist support to a patient and their loved ones.

Terms & Conditions

Ticket Purchase Tickets for the Charity Race Night are priced at £15 per person. This includes entry to the event, a welcome glass of prosecco, and a buffet board at your table. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Tickets will only be confirmed once payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below. Refunds and Cancellations a) If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. b) In the event of a guest cancelling their booking, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person if we are notified in advance. Event Details The event will take place on Friday, 8th November at 7pm. Tickets are valid only for this specific date and cannot be transferred to another event. Proceeds All proceeds from ticket sales and additional funds raised during the event (e.g. through the raffle) will be donated to Rowcroft Hospice. Raffle Prizes All raffle prizes must be claimed during the event. If a winner is not present, they forfeit their prize unless prior arrangements are made with the organisers. Age Restrictions This event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over, as alcohol and betting activities will be involved. Food and Drink The ticket price includes a welcome glass of prosecco and a buffet board at your table. Additional food and drink will be available for purchase at the venue. Please inform us if you have any dietary requirements or allergies when you arrive. Betting 50% of all bets for each race will be donated to Rowcroft. The remaining 50% will go into the prize pot and will be divided equally amongst the winners Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, entertainment, or any other aspects of the evening as required. Guests will be notified of any significant changes where possible.
