Important Information
Mini Football is intended for children aged 5 years and under only. Participation may be refused if a child does not meet the age requirements.
A parent, guardian, or responsible adult (aged 18 or over) must remain present and supervise their child for the entire duration of the activity. Children must not be left unattended at any time.
Participants should wear appropriate sports clothing and suitable footwear, such as trainers, for the activity. Open-toed shoes, sandals, flip-flops, sliders, crocs, shoes with heels, or other unsuitable footwear must not be worn.
All jewellery must be removed before participation. Pockets must be emptied, and long hair must be tied back securely.
Parents, guardians, or responsible adults must inform the activity team of any medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, allergies, or medications that may affect the child's safe participation.
Participants and accompanying adults must follow all instructions given by activity staff and behave in a safe and respectful manner towards other participants and staff.
Children should only take part in activities that are appropriate to their age, ability, and level of confidence. The supervising adult is responsible for assessing whether participation is suitable for the child.
Mini Football is a physical activity involving running, kicking, changes of direction, and interaction with other participants. While reasonable precautions are taken, participation carries an inherent risk of minor injury.
Any accident, injury, illness, or unsafe condition must be reported to a member of staff immediately.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or end participation where a participant's or supervising adult's behaviour, clothing, equipment, or physical condition presents a risk to themselves or others, or where these conditions are not complied with.
