Terms & Conditions

Important Information

Family Football is a family participation activity. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult (aged 18 or over) throughout the activity. Children must not be left unattended at any time.

Participants should wear appropriate sports clothing and suitable footwear, such as trainers, for the activity. Open-toed shoes, sandals, flip-flops, sliders, crocs, shoes with heels, or other unsuitable footwear must not be worn.

All jewellery must be removed before participation. Pockets must be emptied, and long hair should be tied back securely.

Participants (or a parent, guardian, or responsible adult where applicable) must inform the activity team of any medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, allergies, or medications that may affect safe participation.

Participants must follow all instructions given by activity staff and behave in a safe and respectful manner towards other participants and staff.

Participants should only take part in activities that are within their physical capabilities and must stop immediately if they feel unwell, injured, or unable to continue safely.

Heading the ball, slide tackles, strong tackles, physical challenges, and any form of dangerous play are not permitted.

Participants must take reasonable care to avoid collisions and must be mindful of younger children and less experienced players at all times.

Family Football is a physical activity involving running, kicking, changes of direction, and interaction with other participants. While reasonable precautions are taken, participation carries an inherent risk of minor injury.

Any accident, injury, illness, or unsafe condition must be reported to a member of staff immediately.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse or end participation where a participant's behaviour, clothing, equipment, or physical condition presents a risk to themselves or others, or where these conditions are not complied with.
