Terms & Conditions

Important Information

Digby's Storybook Picnic is intended for children aged 5 years and under only. Participation may be refused if a child does not meet the age requirements.

A parent, guardian, or responsible adult (aged 18 or over) must remain present and supervise their child for the entire duration of the activity. Children must not be left unattended at any time.

Parents, guardians, or responsible adults must inform the activity team of any food allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, or additional needs that may affect the child's safe participation.

Only food and drinks identified as suitable for the participant should be consumed. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that any food offered to their child is appropriate for their dietary requirements and allergies.

Grown-ups are responsible for supervising children while they are eating and participating in the activity. Young children should be monitored at all times to help reduce the risk of choking and other accidents.

Participants and accompanying adults must follow all instructions given by the activity team and behave in a safe and respectful manner towards other participants and staff.

Please use the toilet before the session begins, as the nearest toilet facilities are approximately a 5-minute walk from the activity area.

Any accident, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or unsafe condition must be reported to a member of staff immediately.

This activity may take place outdoors and participants should dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse or end participation where a participant's or supervising adult's behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others, or where these conditions are not complied with.
