Important Information
Sun Catchers is intended for children aged 3+ years. Participation may be refused if a child does not meet the age requirements.
A parent, guardian, or responsible adult (aged 18 or over) must remain present and supervise their child for the entire duration of the activity. Children must not be left unattended at any time.
Participants should wear suitable clothing that can get messy, as paints and craft materials may mark or stain clothing and footwear. Aprons may be provided but cannot guarantee protection from stains.
Parents, guardians, or responsible adults must inform the activity team of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or additional needs that may affect the child's safe participation.
Paints, brushes, decorative items, and other craft materials must be used only as intended and under appropriate supervision. Materials must not be ingested, placed near the eyes, or used in a manner that may cause harm to participants or others.
Participants must follow all instructions given by the activity team and use all equipment and materials appropriately.
Participants and accompanying adults must behave in a safe and respectful manner towards other participants and staff.
Any accident, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or unsafe condition must be reported to a member of staff immediately.
While reasonable precautions are taken, participation involves the use of paints, decorative materials, and craft equipment, and there is a risk of clothing, footwear, or personal belongings becoming marked, damaged, or stained.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or end participation where a participant's or supervising adult's behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others, or where these conditions are not complied with.
