Shimmer T-Shirt Making Activity – Terms & Conditions

1. Activity Participation
The Shimmer T-Shirt Making Activity is a creative, hands-on activity where children can decorate and personalise their own T-shirt using fabric paints, colours, glitter, sequins and other decorative materials.

2. Age & Supervision
Children must meet the stated age requirements for the activity. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times unless otherwise stated by the activity organiser. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children follow the activity instructions and behave safely.

3. Clothing
Please wear suitable clothing for a craft activity. Fabric paints, glitter and other materials may stain clothing, shoes or personal belongings. Aprons may be provided, but these do not guarantee protection from stains.

4. Materials & Designs
A selection of colours, patterns and decorative materials will be provided. Available materials may vary depending on stock. Children are encouraged to be creative, but the organiser reserves the right to restrict the use of any material where necessary for safety or practical reasons.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities
Parents/guardians must inform the organiser of any known allergies, skin sensitivities or other relevant conditions before the activity begins. While reasonable care will be taken, the organiser cannot guarantee that materials are completely free from allergens or irritants.

6. Safety
Children must follow all instructions given by the activity staff. Materials must be used only as directed and must not be placed in the mouth, eyes or on areas of broken skin. The organiser reserves the right to stop a child from participating if their behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others.

7. Glitter & Small Decorative Items
The activity may involve glitter, sequins, gems and other small decorative items. These may present a choking risk and are not suitable for children who are unable to use them safely. Children must be supervised when using small items.

8. Finished T-Shirts
Each child will take home their personalised T-shirt once the activity is complete. Depending on the materials used, the T-shirt may require drying or setting time before it can be worn or washed. Care instructions will be provided where appropriate.

9. Personal Belongings
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the activity. Please leave valuable items at home where possible.

10. Photography
Photographs or videos may be taken during the activity for promotional or social media purposes only where appropriate consent has been provided. Parents/guardians may opt out of photography.

11. Cancellations & Changes
The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns or circumstances beyond their control. Where applicable, customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Responsibility
Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child throughout the activity unless the organiser has expressly agreed otherwise. By booking or participating in the activity, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

13. Acceptance
Participation in the Shimmer T-Shirt Making Activity constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
