Foam Clay Creators – Terms & Conditions


By booking or participating in the Foam Clay Creators activity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. The Activity

Foam Clay Creators is a creative, hands-on activity where participants use foam clay and craft materials to design and decorate their own unique creation.

The activity is intended for [3 plus) and is designed to be fun, relaxed and suitable for beginners.

2. Age Requirement

Participants must meet the minimum age requirement stated at the time of booking.

Where applicable, children or younger participants must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult in accordance with the venue's requirements.

We reserve the right to request proof of age where appropriate.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Places are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Bookings are valid for the date and time selected.

  • Participants should arrive at least [10/15] minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Late arrivals may have less time to complete the activity, and the session may not be extended.

4. Materials & Equipment

Foam clay and any additional craft materials or equipment will be provided for use during the activity.

Participants must use the materials responsibly and follow any instructions provided by staff.

Materials are intended for use as part of the activity and should not be deliberately wasted, thrown or used in an unsafe manner.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

Participants or accompanying adults should inform a member of staff before taking part of any known allergies, sensitivities or concerns relating to the materials being used.

While reasonable care will be taken when providing materials, we cannot guarantee that all materials are suitable for every allergy or sensitivity.

Participants should avoid contact with the eyes and mouth and should wash their hands after completing the activity.

6. Clothing & Personal Belongings

Foam clay and craft materials may come into contact with clothing or personal belongings.

We recommend wearing clothing suitable for a creative activity.

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

7. Finished Creations

Participants may normally take their finished creation home at the end of the session.

Foam clay creations may require time to dry or set. Participants should handle their creations carefully and follow any care instructions provided by staff.

The organiser cannot guarantee that creations will remain completely intact after the activity, as the finished items may be delicate.

8. Safety

Participants must follow all reasonable instructions given by staff.

Materials and equipment must only be used for their intended purpose.

Participants must not intentionally throw, misuse or damage materials or equipment.

We reserve the right to stop participation if someone is behaving in a way that could cause harm to themselves, another participant, staff or venue property.

9. Supervision

Where the activity is offered to children or younger participants, the level of supervision required will be communicated at the time of booking.

Parents, guardians or accompanying adults remain responsible for supervising participants where required by the booking or venue arrangements.

10. Behaviour

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.

Abusive, threatening, aggressive, disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to end participation where behaviour creates a risk to others or causes significant disruption. No refund may be provided in these circumstances.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least before the activity may be eligible for a refund or transfer, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than before the activity may be non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another eligible participant, subject to availability.

  • If we need to cancel the activity, we will offer an alternative date or a refund in accordance with our booking policy.

12. Changes to the Activity

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the materials, activity format, timings, staff or other arrangements where necessary.

If a significant change affects your booking, we will provide notice where reasonably possible.

13. Photography & Filming

Photography or filming may take place during the activity for promotional purposes.

Option A – Consent-based:

We will ask for permission before using identifiable photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes.

14. Accessibility

We aim to make Foam Clay Creators welcoming and accessible to everyone.

If you have accessibility requirements or require reasonable adjustments, please contact us before your booking so we can discuss how we may be able to accommodate you.

15. Liability

We will take reasonable care to provide the activity in a safe and appropriate manner.

Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and using materials and equipment appropriately.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in the Foam Clay Creators activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
