Mandala Pebble Painting

Terms & Conditions

1. Activity Eligibility
Mandala Pebble Painting is suitable for children aged 3 years and over. All children must be accompanied and supervised throughout the activity by a parent, guardian or responsible adult aged 18 years or over.

2. Supervision and Responsibility
The accompanying adult remains responsible for the child’s safety, behaviour and appropriate use of all activity materials and equipment. Cofton Holidays staff will provide guidance and assistance but do not replace the requirement for adult supervision.

3. Clothing and Personal Belongings
Participants should wear suitable clothing and footwear that may become dirty or stained. Paint and other craft materials may cause permanent staining. Aprons may be provided where available; however, these are not guaranteed to provide complete protection. Cofton Holidays accepts no responsibility for damage to clothing, footwear or personal belongings.

4. Use of Materials and Equipment
All paints, brushes, pebbles and other craft materials must be used safely and only for their intended purpose. Participants must follow all instructions provided by Cofton Holidays staff.

5. Safety
Participants must not put pebbles, paint, brushes or other craft materials into their mouths or use them in a manner that could cause injury. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that young children are appropriately supervised, particularly where small items present a potential choking hazard.

6. Allergies and Additional Requirements
Parents or guardians must notify Cofton Holidays staff before the activity begins of any known allergies, sensitivities or additional requirements that may affect participation. While reasonable measures will be taken where possible, Cofton Holidays cannot guarantee an environment free from all potential allergens.

7. Behaviour
Participants are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully towards staff, other participants, equipment and the activity area. Cofton Holidays reserves the right to ask a participant to leave or cease participation where their behaviour presents a safety risk or materially disrupts the activity.

8. Accidents, Injury or Illness
Any accident, injury, illness or allergic reaction occurring during the activity must be reported to a member of staff immediately. Appropriate first-aid or emergency procedures will be followed where necessary.

9. Finished Artwork
Participants should follow staff instructions regarding the drying, handling and removal of their completed pebble artwork. Cofton Holidays cannot guarantee that artwork will be completely dry at the end of the session.

10. Liability
Participation in the activity is subject to these Terms & Conditions and the reasonable instructions of Cofton Holidays staff. Parents, guardians and participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves and their belongings and for following all safety guidance provided.

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation
Cofton Holidays reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate a participant’s involvement in the activity where these Terms & Conditions are not followed, safety is compromised, or the activity cannot continue safely or appropriately.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in the Mandala Pebble Painting activity, the participant and, where applicable, their parent or guardian confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Cofton Holidays reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
