Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Adult Pottery Painting is intended for participants aged 18 years and over. Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of the activity unless otherwise stated by Cofton Holidays.

2. Booking and Participation
Places are subject to availability and should be booked in advance where required. Participants should arrive at the designated activity area at the time stated on their booking. Late arrival may result in reduced activity time and may not always be accommodated.

3. Activity Materials
Participants will be provided with a pottery item, paints, brushes and other materials required for the activity. All materials and equipment must be used appropriately and in accordance with instructions provided by Cofton Holidays staff.

4. Safety
Participants must follow all reasonable safety instructions given by Cofton Holidays staff and take reasonable care when handling pottery, paints, brushes and other equipment.

5. Clothing and Personal Belongings
Participants are advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear. Paint and other craft materials may stain or damage clothing, footwear or personal belongings. Cofton Holidays accepts no responsibility for staining or damage resulting from participation in the activity.

6. Allergies and Sensitivities
Participants should inform a member of staff before the activity of any known allergies, sensitivities or other relevant requirements. While reasonable precautions may be taken, Cofton Holidays cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Alcohol and Intoxication
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Cofton Holidays reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where a participant appears intoxicated or where their behaviour may present a risk to themselves, staff, other guests or property.

8. Behaviour
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, equipment and the activity area. Abusive, aggressive, disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the participant being asked to leave without a refund.

9. Painted Pottery
Participants may take their completed pottery item with them at the end of the session, subject to any drying instructions provided by staff. Paint may remain wet or vulnerable to marking immediately after the activity, and participants are responsible for handling their finished item with reasonable care.

10. Finished Items
Cofton Holidays does not guarantee that painted pottery will be completely dry or free from minor imperfections, variations in colour or other characteristics resulting from the painting process.

11. Breakage or Damage
Pottery items are fragile and participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of their item during and after the activity. Cofton Holidays cannot accept responsibility for breakage or damage caused by participant handling, transportation or storage.

12. Accidents and Injury
Any accident, injury, illness or damage occurring during the activity should be reported to a member of staff immediately. Participants must take reasonable care of themselves and others while participating.

13. Personal Property
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings throughout the activity. Cofton Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by the negligence of Cofton Holidays.

14. Cancellation or Changes
Cofton Holidays reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel an activity where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, staff availability, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where Cofton Holidays cancels an activity, participants will be advised of the available options in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

15. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation
Cofton Holidays reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where these Terms & Conditions are not followed, safety is compromised, or a participant's conduct adversely affects staff, other guests or the activity.

16. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in the Adult Pottery Painting activity, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any instructions provided by Cofton Holidays staff.

Cofton Holidays reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
