Eco Explorer Walk
Terms & Conditions
1. Activity Participation
The Eco Explorer Walk is an outdoor activity taking place around the Cofton Holidays park. Participants must follow all instructions given by Cofton Holidays staff throughout the activity.
2. Children and Supervision
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. The accompanying adult remains responsible for the child throughout the activity.
3. Suitable Clothing and Footwear
Participants should wear suitable outdoor clothing and comfortable, sturdy footwear. The walk may take place in varying weather conditions and may include uneven, wet or muddy ground.
4. Weather Conditions
The activity will normally take place in suitable weather conditions. Cofton Holidays reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the walk where weather or ground conditions make the activity unsafe.
5. Staying with the Group
Participants must remain with the group and follow the designated route. Participants must not enter restricted, private or prohibited areas of the holiday park.
6. Safety Around the Holiday Park
Cofton Holidays is an operational holiday park. Participants must take care around roads, vehicles, buildings, equipment and other guests and must follow any signage and staff instructions.
7. Wildlife and the Natural Environment
Participants must treat wildlife, plants and the natural environment with respect. Wildlife, plants and natural features must not be disturbed, damaged, collected or removed.
8. Eco Initiatives and Demonstrations
The Eco Explorer Walk may include information about Cofton Holidays' environmental initiatives, including renewable energy and sustainability projects. Specific locations or demonstrations may vary depending on operational requirements and availability.
9. Allergies and Additional Requirements
Participants should inform Cofton Holidays staff before the activity of any relevant allergies, medical requirements, mobility considerations or additional needs so that reasonable arrangements can be considered where possible.
10. Behaviour
Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, other guests, wildlife, the environment and Cofton Holidays property. Cofton Holidays reserves the right to end participation where behaviour presents a safety risk or significantly disrupts the activity.
11. Accidents and Emergencies
Any accident, injury, illness or unsafe condition should be reported to a member of staff immediately. Participants must follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency.
12. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the activity. Cofton Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by the negligence of Cofton Holidays.
13. Changes and Cancellation
Cofton Holidays reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the activity where necessary due to weather, safety concerns, operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where an activity is cancelled by Cofton Holidays, participants will be advised of the available options in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in the Eco Explorer Walk, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all reasonable instructions provided by Cofton Holidays staff.
Cofton Holidays reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
