Terms & Conditions

Pumpkin Carving – Terms & Conditions

  1. Participation
    Pumpkin carving is a family activity at Cofton Holidays. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the activity.

  2. Booking
    Places are subject to availability and may need to be booked in advance. Participants should arrive at the activity area at the time stated on their booking. Late arrival may result in reduced activity time or participation not being possible.

  3. Pumpkins & Equipment
    A pumpkin and any equipment provided must be used only for the intended purpose and in accordance with instructions given by Cofton Holidays staff.

  4. Safety
    Pumpkin carving involves the use of sharp carving tools. Children must not use carving equipment without direct adult supervision. All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by staff.

  5. Clothing
    Please wear suitable clothing and footwear. Pumpkin flesh, paint and other materials may stain or damage clothing and personal belongings. Cofton Holidays cannot accept responsibility for such damage.

  6. Age & Supervision
    Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children participate safely and appropriately. Children must not be left unattended during the activity.

  7. Behaviour
    All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards Cofton staff, other guests, equipment and the activity area. Unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in participation being ended without a refund.

  8. Allergies & Additional Requirements
    Parents/guardians should inform a member of staff of any relevant allergies, sensitivities or additional requirements before the activity begins.

  9. Personal Belongings
    Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Cofton Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by the negligence of Cofton Holidays.

  10. Photography
    Photographs or videos may be taken during Cofton activities for promotional or social media purposes in accordance with Cofton Holidays' applicable privacy and photography policies.

  11. Cancellation or Changes
    Cofton Holidays reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the activity where reasonably necessary due to safety concerns, weather, operational requirements, staff availability or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  12. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking or participating in the Pumpkin Carving activity, participants and their accompanying adults confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to follow all instructions given by Cofton Holidays staff.

Please note: Pumpkin carving involves inherent risks, including cuts and minor injuries. Appropriate care and supervision must be exercised at all times.

Cofton Holidays reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
